Effective date: November 2, 2026
Welcome to TwiddleLab! These Terms of Use explain the rules for using our website at https://twiddlelab.com. TwiddleLab is an interactive STEM learning platform focused on AI, Math, Code, and Physics for teenagers aged 13 to 17 and adults. By visiting or using our website, you agree to these terms.
TwiddleLab is operated by TwiddleLab. You can contact us at hello@twiddlelab.com.
1. Who Can Use TwiddleLab
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, please make sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms with you.
2. Accounts and Access
We do not use passwords. You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your email account or Google account safe and secure.
3. Acceptable Use Rules
We want TwiddleLab to remain a safe, fair, and fun place for everyone to learn. When using the site, you agree that you will not:
- Cheat the learning system, manipulate practice scores, fake XP, or use automated tools and bots to complete lessons.
- Attack the site, attempt to break into our servers, overload our systems, or disrupt other learners.
- Copy, scrape, download, or resell our lessons, interactive exercises, or code without our written permission.
4. Educational Content and Mistakes
All materials on TwiddleLab are made for educational purposes. We work hard to keep our lessons clear and accurate, but lessons may occasionally contain mistakes. TwiddleLab is an educational tool, not professional advice.
5. Free Service and Future Paid Plans
TwiddleLab is completely free right now. There are no fees or hidden costs. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update these terms and give you clear notice before anyone is charged.
6. Changes to the Service
We are constantly improving TwiddleLab. We may modify lessons, add or remove features, or stop operating the service at any time. We also have the right to suspend or close accounts that break our rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide TwiddleLab on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As far as the law allows, TwiddleLab and its operators are not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions that happen while using the site.
8. Governing Law
The governing law and jurisdiction that apply to these terms will be confirmed in a future update.
